eBay CRM
Receive your bidder's contact information via your lead management system. You can also receive any eBay user's contact information who emails you a question or sends you an offer.
The "Ask Seller a Question" link that is found on every eBay listing will route the email directly to any individual's email address on that particular listing with support for multiple carbon copy (CC:) email addresses. You will no longer need to forward mail between sales contacts.
