Auction123's software supports the importing of data feeds via one control panel. There are a couple of different ways to load your current inventory into our system: DMS Integration, FTP Delivery and Manual Entry.

Integrating your inventory files with our system will ensure automatic updates to your inventory data. This helps maintain consistent information across all websites such as pricing updates, photo updates and vehicle descriptions.

DMS Direct Integration

We can collect your inventory from many different Dealer Management Systems (DMS) including: Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, UCS, AutoSoft, Arkona, and more.

This integration saves time by eliminating duplicate entries while automatically maintaining accurate and consistent data across all websites.

FTP Delivery

We can accept inventory files if your Inventory System is not easily accessible. You can choose from multiple file formats to provide your entire inventory in; simply select which format is best for you.

We will also accept inventory files from other third party companies in case you do not want to bother with the inventory upload process yourself.

Bulk Entry

Using any of our standard formats, you can manually load your inventory into our software at any time. Load all of your vehicles to us at once from a comma, pipe or tab delimited text file in the format that you choose.

Single Entry

Vehicles can be entered into our software manually using our VIN Decoder. Now you can create a vehicle quickly utilizing the information the VIN contains. Our VIN Decoder pre-populates the year, make, model and many other aspects of the vehicle so you don’t have to.

Vehicle Collection Features

Filtering

We have the ability to filter vehicles in and out of our system based on your criteria. Include or exclude certain vehicles based on their stock numbers, condition (including certified and wholesale), mileage, and more!

Our advanced software allows complete flexibility to filter data based on various rules allowing your inventory to display on the Internet immediately for maximum exposure. There is no need to wait until the vehicle is manually entered or photographed to appear on various websites.

Data Refreshing

Auction123 provides the flexibility for you to control your data collection and updates from any incoming source. Dealer controls allow you to "drive" each vehicle attribute from either your DMS or our web-based software.

Let’s say a new vehicle is added to your inventory without options and then loaded into our system. If options are added at a later time, you can set your account to “refresh” the options data from your inventory so they are loaded into our software and updated the following day.

This feature allows for total synchronicity between all incoming inventory systems and files.

Inventory Divides

Divide your inventory from one management system into multiple dealership accounts. It’s easy to split your inventory between multiple Auction123 accounts based on the criteria you select.

Dealer Groups

For dealership groups, collecting your inventory is easy. We can retrieve your inventory all from one system and divide it into each account based on your criteria for dealership specific templates and showroom capabilities. We provide tools to move your vehicles from one dealership to another.
