Summary Views

Easily switch views between your entire inventory and your eBay Motors vehicles. Each view has different sections that contain special links or "buckets" that allow you to quickly navigate to the vehicle you are searching for.

For the Inventory view, we provide the following sections: Pending Inventory, Inventory, Aging and Sold.

The Pending Inventory bucket displays a quick view of missing information on your vehicles. You can see what vehicles are missing Window Stickers, Pricing, Options and Photos.

For the eBay Motors view, we provide the following sections: Pending, Live, Sold and Unsold.

Sortable Data View

Quickly locate your vehicle inventory by sorting by any column within the data grid, which contains some of the most important attributes about each vehicle.

Some of the sortable fields that are included are Stock Number, VIN, Year, Make, Model, Mileage and Internet Price.

Enhanced VIN Decoding

Decode vehicle specifications with factory original equipment (OEM) standard features and available options with Auction123's Enhanced VIN Decoder for vehicles 1981 and newer. Our advanced level of decoding helps portray the best possible description.

Vehicle Details

The Vehicle Details screen contains all the attributes of the vehicle you are currently viewing. It also contains a history record for the vehicle that displays each action taken during the life cycle of the vehicle.

You can easily monitor the vehicle's Item Statistics including website views, questions, quotes, offers, if the advertisement was ever sent to a customer, and how many times a window sticker was printed for that particular vehicle.

Listing Creator

Use the Listing Creator to build your vehicles in a couple of simple steps. The Listing Creator contains our Enhanced VIN Decoder which automatically generates your vehicle details based on the VIN. To finalize the vehicle, select the factory colors, factory options, and enter pricing.

Advanced Search

Quickly locate vehicles, bidders, and questions via an advanced search function. A quick search is also provided to search by VIN, Stock Number, or eBay Item Number.

If you are listing on eBay Motors, you can search for current or past eBay bidders by their username or physical location to retrieve their contact information.

Bulk Image Uploader

Photos are one of the most important attributes of your vehicles and having the control to portray your photos correctly is the key.

Our Advanced Image Uploader gives you the ability to add, delete, and rearrange photos for your inventory. An easy-to-use interface allows you to upload up to 60 images at a time.

Image Slide Show

A slide show is available within each template you create. Control how your photos switch from one to another by choosing from different image transitions including Blend, Dissolve, and Spiral.

Options are also provided to adjust the speed of each photo transition giving you complete flexibility.

Secure Credit Application

Generate additional leads with an integrated secure credit application form. Allow your customers to apply directly from within your advertisement.

Once an application is submitted, the dealership receives a notification to review the applicant's information which is accessible within a secure area of our software. In addition, the applicant also receives a notification, thanking them for their submission and providing them with the dealer's contact information and vehicle details.
