eBay Motors Bidder Contact Information

Once a bid or offer is placed, an automated email is generated to your dealership which includes the following contact information from eBay's database:
- eBay User ID
- Account Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- City
- State
- Country
The potential customer also receives an email from your dealership thanking them for their bid or offer. This automated response contains your dealership's contact information, as well as, the detailed vehicle information including a picture of the vehicle, eBay item number, and a link to the eBay listing.
All contact information is easily accessible via an advanced bidder search. For example, you can retrieve all leads and contact information for a particular vehicle such as, a 2007 Mercedes SL-55. You can also search for particular bidders based on the date they placed the bid or offer.
